Our products are made to order using 3D printing technology.
Each piece is carefully designed to meet the specific needs of our clients.
1. No cancellations after manufacturing
Once the order has been validated and manufacturing has begun, it is no longer possible to cancel or modify the order, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Creovia 3D.
2. Defective or damaged product
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@creovia3d.com, attaching a clear photo of the product.
After verification, we will proceed:
either to a free replacement,
or a full refund, depending on the situation.
3. Customized products
Personalized products (specific shapes, dimensions or engravings) are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
4. Deadlines
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of confirmation.
