At Creovia Solutions 3D, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products as quickly as possible. This delivery policy explains the shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and conditions applicable to any order placed on our website.

 

1. Delivery Zones


We currently deliver:

In Canada (all provinces and territories)

International delivery available upon request (contact us)

 

2. Delivery costs


Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout, according to:

  • the delivery address

  • the weight and volume of the package

  • the selected carrier

 

We can offer:

  • Free delivery above a certain amount (which can be configured if you wish).

  • Local delivery in Laval/Montreal may be available upon request.

3. Processing times


The processing time before shipment is usually:

  • 1 to 3 business days for in-stock products

  • 3 to 5 business days for products printed on demand

 

These times do not include transport time.

4. Estimated delivery times


Depending on the chosen carrier:

  • Canada Post / Purolator / UPS: 2 to 7 business days in Canada

  • Local delivery: 24 to 72 hours depending on availability

  • International: 7 to 21 business days

Please note that these delivery times are provided for guidance purposes only and may vary.

5. Order tracking


Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • the tracking number

  • the name of the carrier

  • You will be able to track the status of your delivery in real time.

  • 6. Delays or lost packages


Although we do our best to meet deadlines, Creovia Solutions 3D cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather or busy periods.

We will open an investigation with the carrier.

7. Incorrect address


The customer is responsible for entering a complete and accurate address.

In the event of a return due to an incorrect address, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

8. Damaged delivery


If the package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the package and the product

  • Contact us within 48 hours

 

We will be able to proceed with an exchange or a refund depending on the situation.
