Orders are validated only after confirmation of full payment.

Creovia 3D reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons (obvious error, unavailability of material, etc.).

Prices shown are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may include or exclude applicable taxes as displayed.

Delivery charges, if applicable, are specified before order confirmation.

Payment is made securely by credit card, bank transfer or any other method offered on the site.

No bank card data is stored on our servers.

Delivery times vary depending on the region and production volume.

Creovia 3D cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond its control.

The buyer is responsible for the proper use and maintenance of the products.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the district of Laval.
